Jeff McCurdy
Jeff is a founding partner of McCurdy/Heath Injury Lawyers. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2001, Jeff focuses his practice on plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation, mass tort litigation, and asbestos-related claims. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed and overseen thousands of cases, skillfully navigating complex litigation and settlement negotiations while recovering millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients and their families.

A lifelong resident of Arlington, Jeff played collegiate baseball at Dallas Baptist University and Texas Chrisitan University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from TCU in 1997 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2001. The work ethic, discipline and competitive drive he cultivated on the baseball field remain central to the way he prepares, analyzes and advocates for his clients. Those experiences, combined with more than two decades of legal experience, has equipped him with the knowledge, strategic insight, and practical judgment necessary to effectively represent those facing difficult circumstances.
Jeff enjoys spending time with family and friends. He and his wife, Spring, are lifelong Arlington residents and the proud parents of three adult daughters: Mallory, Miller, and Megan. His deep roots in the community, combined with his extensive legal experience and client-focused approach, make him a trusted advocate for individuals and families throughout Texas.
Roger Heath
Roger grew up in the New Mexico desert with abundant open spaces, endless sunshine, and limitless opportunities for adventure. His parents did not finish high school but worked very hard to provide a typical lower middle class generation X childhood for their son. Days spent drinking from hoses and riding all over town on a BMX bike until the streetlights came on could only be disrupted by one thing…bullies. Roger developed a deep-seated intolerance for bullies who use power imbalances as an excuse to take advantage of people. That intolerance exists to this day. To protect himself and others from bullies back then Roger began boxing at the Boy’s Club. He entered tournament wrestling and won a city wrestling championship.
But it was his love of reading that brought him stories of men and women that fought even more significant bullies as a full-time job. He read about Vincent Bugliosi prosecuting the Manson family for the murders of the LaBianca’s and Sharon Tate. Bugliosi ultimately won 105 out of 106 jury trials in his career. Next he read every book Gerry Spence ever wrote. Spence never lost a jury trial from 1969 through his last trial in 2010. Roger learned that Trial Lawyers stood beside people and against bullies every day and he wanted to do that too. So at the suggestion of his wife, Kimberly, Roger left his union construction job and went to college, then law school, and passed the bar exam becoming licensed to practice law. Since passing the bar Roger has protected the public from bullies as an Assistant District Attorney, protected abused children from monsters as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Protection Division, and now protects families and people who have been negligently injured, or sometimes killed, from the bullies at insurance companies and their lawyers.
After winning a lot of trials across multiple states, Roger has been named one of the Top 10 trial lawyers in Texas by the National Trial Lawyers Association for his work representing victims of asbestos exposure, and a top 100 trial lawyer in both civil and criminal trial. But the only recognition that matters to him is that his former clients call him immediately when a family member or friend needs a lawyer. That says it all.
Roger has been married to his wife Kimberly for over 30 years. They have three children, three dogs, two cats, and one cow.
